Energizing Cereal Bar

Ingredients
16 oz. muesli
4 oz sesame (toasted)
5 tbsp honey
5 tbsp grape seed oil
1/4 cup water

Grease an oven tray and set aside
Turn oven temperature to 180 degrees
Combine all ingredients and mix well
Pour mixture onto greased tray, making it 1 cm thick
Place tray in oven
Bake for 30 - 40 minutes or until golden
Remove from oven and mark before cooling
(Use a knife or a wheel to make deep bar shaped marks)
Let cool, the break at the marks
Store in a tightly covered glass jar

Ingredients
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 oz raisins (chopped)
1 oz dried figs (chopped)
2 oz dried apricots (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 oz chopped hazelnuts
1/2 cup dried shredded coconut
2 apples
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp honey
1 lemon
16 oz water
16 oz almond milk or soy milk
Preparation
Soak oats in the water
Add chopped dried fruits and nuts to soaked oats
Mix together
Let mixture rest overnight
In the morning, wash, peel and shred apples
Juice the lemon
Pour lemon juice all over the shredded apples
Drain excess liquid from oats mixture and shredded apples
Peel, chop and add banana to mixture
Pour milk onto mixture
Add honey and mix
Serve cold, warm or hot according to taste
(Fruits and nuts may be adjusted according to taste)

Ingredients (5 servings)
3 peaches
10 tbsp millet
3 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
2 oranges
1 lemon
1/2 cup almond milk, soy milk, or hazelnut milk
1/3 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla

Wash peaches, oranges, lemon
Cut peaches in halves and remove seeds
Liquify peaches in a blender
Juice oranges and lemon
Mix fruit juice with honey and liquified peach
Put water in a pot and boil millet until soft
(add more water if needed)
Add vanilla to milk and heat
Pour hot milk on millet a little at a time and mix ingredients well
Turn off heat, cover millet and set aside
Add rice flour and half the juice to millet and mix
Grease a crown-shape mold and pour mixture in it
Put in refrigerator and chill for 4 hours
Empty mold on a tray and pour remaining juice on top and sides
Sprinkle sugar and add remaining peach for decoration

1 small watermelon or honeydew melon
3/4 cup seedless purple or black grapes
1 ripe banana
1 tangerine
1 orange

3 strawberries

Preparation
Wash and dry melon
Cut off small rounded sections at top and bottom to provide a base for melon to stand
Cut melon into half
Scoop out the pulp, remove seeds and set aside (You may zig-zag the edges for decoration)
Peel and chop banana and set aside
Squeeze orange and use juice to coat banana
Peel tangerine and separate into segments
Wash and drain remaining fruits
Combine all fruits into a bowl and divide into half
